UPSEA
A coined word combining "UPCYCLE" (reconstructing creative value) and "SEA."
The essence of the marine litter problem is litter that flows from land into the sea. We want to raise awareness of this fact and encourage people to take action to prevent litter from flowing out as much as possible. We empathize with this philosophy and have launched "UNITY BRAND" together with two top athletes who are active in the ocean to protect the children of the future and the ocean. UPSEA is gradually doing what we can now to create a future where we can live in harmony with the ocean.
"Choosing UPSEA is an action to protect the ocean."
For surfers and SUP riders, the ocean is not just a field. It is an important place to play, learn, challenge, and relax. But now, the ocean is being polluted by plastic waste. UPSEA will spread the "style of protecting the ocean." The items you choose will create the future of the ocean.
Ride the Wave, Save the Ocean.

Donate paper clips
UPSEA will donate one paper clip made from marine plastic waste to an elementary or junior high school for each purchase. The donation will be made to the school where SUSTAINABLE JAPAN representative Higashihama regularly gives lectures, providing an opportunity for learning about the marine waste issue. Our mission is to teach children about the current state of the ocean and the importance of environmental conservation, and to raise awareness among the generation that will lead the future. Your purchase will lead to environmental education for the next generation, and is a step towards protecting the ocean for a better future.
Environmentally friendly made-to-order production
In the UPSEA collection, we use made-to-order/pre-order sales to reduce wasteful production and minimize the burden on the environment. We are mindful of the environmental issues caused by mass production and mass disposal, and deliver each item with care to those who need it.
Because these are made-to-order products, it may take some time for delivery, but this will help protect the future of our oceans and the environment. We are making sustainable choices together with you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
