About ordering

I placed an order but haven't received an email, what should I do?

Your order may not have been completed correctly or your email address may be incorrect. Depending on your email settings, emails from this site may be sorted into your "spam folder." If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

I would like to combine multiple orders into one. Is this possible?

Please note that we do not offer a service to combine multiple orders into one.

I would like to receive a receipt. Is that possible?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a receipt via email, so please use that.

Can I have my item gift wrapped?

We are currently not offering gift wrapping. We are considering offering this in the future, so please check our social media and website for the latest information.

I want to know how to use coupons and discounts!

If you have a coupon discount code, enter the code in the "Code Entry Field" on the purchase screen and press the "Apply" button. After confirming that the discount has been applied, complete your order.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), PayPal, PayPay, Paidy, convenience store payments (LAWSON, FamilyMart, Ministop, SeicoMart, Daily Yamazaki), and smartphone payments (LINE Pay, Merpay).

Is credit card payment safe?

This site uses SSL encrypted communication and has implemented a secure payment system.
Your card information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be retained by our website.

What is the payment deadline for convenience stores?

The payment deadline for convenience store payments is 3 days. Please make your payment within the deadline.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Please note that payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been completed, so please be sure to check when placing your order.

Is an installment purchase possible?

If you choose to pay by credit card, some card companies may allow you to pay in installments . Please check with your card company for details.

About Shipping

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee is 770 yen for purchases between 1 and 9,999 yen. Shipping is free for purchases over 10,000 yen.

Shipping date

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days .
(Business days: Weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking information via email.

Who is the delivery company?

Delivery will be made by either Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

You can specify the desired delivery date and time from the cart. After your order is confirmed, we will send you a tracking number, so please check it on the delivery company's website.

Can I ship overseas?

At the moment, we only ship within Japan. (We are considering selling to overseas markets.)

What should I do if my item hasn't arrived?

Please check the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and check the status on the delivery company's website.
If you have not received your package within 10 days of shipping, please contact us via the inquiry form .

Order cancellations and changes

I would like to change my order, can I do that?

Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept any changes to your order after it has been placed.

I would like to cancel/return/exchange my order. Is this possible?

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after an order has been completed. Please be aware of this in advance.

How can I change the delivery date of my item?

Are fins and sunglasses really made from ocean plastic?

Yes, our products are made from 100% recycled ocean plastic.
UPSEA is not just a brand, but is also seriously promoting "action to clean up the ocean."

How are UPSEA donations used?

UPSEA donates 1% of sales to marine conservation organizations to support the following causes:
